My first consultation with Kim went great. I requested to use VISIA for skin analysis (attached) and learned that I must start using retinol, vitamin C and sunscreen for starters and there weren’t any major issues with my skin but should start and stick to a skincare routine sooner than later for optimal skin care. When I went back for my hydra facial - the hydra facial machine didn’t work and ended up getting the diamond glow facial from Elaine - she was running bit late for my first session but she did a great job with accommodating since the hydra facial machine didn’t work! I would say that I’m not sure if I saw major difference after the facial however I do need to get facials for maintenance!

Front desk to back office are all wonderful and so patient and professional. I see Lauren and she is great with advice. Great location as well :)

Dr. Hamilton and his team of very caring people, in his office and at the surgery center, are responsive, supportive, encouraging and enormously helpful. Dr. Hamilton is not only a very good surgeon, but he's really there for you every single step of the way. I work in a medical setting with a terrific team. I know what that feels like. I have experienced that with Dr. Hamilton and the staff. So glad I continue to have them in my corner.

Dr Mark Hamilton truely has a gift or talent for his profession. This whole experience and its outcome has made me glad I did it. At age 83 I thought skin elasticity was going to make this impossible, but I have a chin again ! And much more !

Will be going there to have a facial, had a consultation and it went very well. Everyone here is very nice and they offer a lot of different facials and services to fit a lot of different needs.

Dr. Hamilton and all his staff is very kind and patient and it was a very pleasant experience. They take care to answer all your questions and you are not rushed and you are given information that is easy to understand. Everyone in this office are the nicest people. From the time you talk to the receptionist to the time you leave, everyone you come into contact with will treat you with respect and kindness. Open warm and gracious. Its clean and they are careful but not weird about the people coming in to their space. Lets be real, if they are sick they can't do their thing, and their thing is taking care of all of our "things". SO I have a great deal of respect for their cautious and careful approach to caring for their clients.

Went here for Botox and she completely dropped my brows and said oh well sorry. I have no arch and my lids are hanging over my eyes. Terrible customer service.

I was a patient back in 2018, and came back today after a long hiatus. Muriel was kind, listened to my concerns, and did a wonderful job with my cheek and lip filler. I left with a refreshed but NATURAL look, which is what I wanted. Everyone at this practice is always so kind, and you never feel rushed. I highly recommend this practice!

I had Botox done in Greenwood, Indiana. The staff at Hamilton Facial Plastic Surgery were super helpful and made me feel comfortable the whole time. One of the best Facial Plastic Surgery offices in Indianapolis! I would 100% recommend to a friend. My before & afters were truly life changing - I am more confident after having this procedure done.

The people there were so caring & understanding. When I was nervous about if, or what I should do, they gave me time, with no pressure, and were so supportive. I have never been to a Dr appt and felt so cared about. I definitely recommend them.

I cannot recommend Hamilton fps more! They take a lot of care to make sure you look natural and tastefully younger. The office is beautiful and welcoming, staff are friendly and professional, and my nurse injector, Lauren always nails my treatment! You’re in good hands here!

Great experience at Hamilton Facial Plastic Surgery with a great friendly staff of ladies out front and ofcourse with the great Dr. Mark Hamilton which whom we have known & done business with since 1999 when he was first a apprentice. He's a great guy and a great Plastic Surgeon. Just a great bunch of folks.

Dr Hamilton is a wonderful surgeon, his bed side manor is impeccable. The front office staff goes above & beyond. And Lauren ( nurse injector) is wonderful, she is professional, and funny. She puts you at ease & definitely knows her stuff. I highly recommend the entire staff for any of your needs/ wants. Could not imagine going anywhere else.
